Our Story
AM2 Geotechnical was founded on the belief that successful projects are built on understanding, communication, and trust. After more than 15 years in the construction and engineering industries, Adam Mickey, M.Eng., P.Eng. (YT, NT/NU, BC), President of AM2, established AM2 in 2023 to provide professional, client-focused geotechnical and geological engineering services tailored to the challenges of Northern Canada.
From its home base in Whitehorse, Yukon, the firm has grown through strong relationships, practical expertise, and a commitment to proactive, hands-on problem-solving. Every project reflects a simple philosophy — that clear communication, forward-thinking design, and consistent on-site presence lead to better, more efficient outcomes for clients and communities alike.
